An Exclusive Retreat
The Roulette Hotel is a unique and exclusive hotel concept dreamed and developed by Peter Rotar. The main attraction is a roulette wheel shaped dome building comprising the hotel rooms and suites and all recreational and entertainment venues. In addition to the dome, the building can be complemented with additional rooms in the form of chip towers and a park as a roulette table.

Location-independent Design
The Roulette Hotel is an amazing building complex which was designed to fit into both man-made and natural contexts. The resort can be situated on any location: an island surrounded by astonishing sea water, in a desert as a luxury oasis or in a city as a crown jewel.

The main building
The main building mimics the shape and structure of a roulette wheel, but at a majestic scale. As the basic concept, its diameter is equivalent to the length of two football fields but it is designed to be scalable according to the conditions and size of the location.
The complex
In addition to scaling, the main building can be complemented with chip tower-shaped buildings to add more rooms, office spaces or any other functions needed and can be built in a different phase.
Also, the building complex is designed to be surrounded by a vast park with sport venues and recreational possibilities.
